Terms of Use & Disclaimer
The short version: Recall is a helper for remembering things. It's not a doctor, not an emergency service, and it can't guarantee every alert gets through — so keep important things double-checked.

Using Recall
By downloading or using Recall, you agree to these terms. If you got Recall from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies.
Not medical advice
Medical Info and My Pills keep records for your own reference. Recall does not diagnose, treat or give dosing advice, and it doesn't check for drug interactions. Always follow the instructions of your doctor and pharmacist. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number). Recall is not an emergency or medical-alert service.
Reminders and alarms
Recall does its best to remind you on time, but it depends on your iPhone: its settings, Focus and Do Not Disturb, battery, iOS updates, and the permissions you've given. We can't guarantee that every reminder, alarm or notification will be delivered. For anything critical — especially medications — please don't rely on Recall alone.
Ask Recall and other automatic features
Ask Recall uses Apple Intelligence to answer questions from the information you've saved. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important — amounts, dates, doses — against the record itself, which every answer links to.
Your information
Your information belongs to you. It's kept on your device and in your own iCloud, as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for what you enter, for anyone you choose to share it with, and for keeping your Apple Account secure. Keeping your iPhone backed up is a good idea.
Sharing and family access
When you share a list or Medical Info, or invite a caregiver, those people can see — and depending on the feature, change — what you've shared. Only share with people you trust, and remove access when it's no longer needed.
Provided "as is"
Recall is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or harm resulting from using Recall, including missed reminders, incorrect answers, or lost information.
Changes
We may update these terms as Recall changes. We'll update the date above when we do, and significant changes will be mentioned in the app's release notes.
